Demontaze, 12, and his brother, Demetrius "Man-Man" Duncan, 14, are preparing to compete at the Ringside World Championships in Independence, Missouri. In 2007, when they arrived home from school, the brothers found their mother beaten to death inside the house. That situation, according to their coach, Nicholas Bareis, fuels their energy in the ring.

Linda, who communicates with her husband via virtual video meetings weekly, says she is not comfortable driving to Dublin by herself. 

Western Kentucky University Police Chief, Robert "Chief" Deane, of Detroit, Michigan is the only male in his immediate family that chose to be a police officer. Deane became a university police officer after spending time in the Detroit police force, Army Reserve and The United States Air Force. He was the first African-American police chief at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside as well as Western Kentucky University.
